When creating a faction I advise you to please check this out and read it carefully. If any of these rules are broken and there is valid proof it, this could result in a faction strike depending on the severity.
Rule 1: Turf Camping
No Turf camping. You are not allowed to steak out/ stalk another factions turf (s) for longer than 5 minutes. The cool-down of which you can go to try to find another faction at their hangout spot/ turf is one hour, this will avoid forced beef etc. Admins/Faction Managers will enforce this in-game.
Rule 2: Faction War/Terms
Before you go to war with any faction, you will be added to a discord group-chat and there the terms for your faction war will be stated, this includes what weapons you may use within the war. This will add a realism aspect to the game, that being said unrealistic weapons will not be tolerated. There will be an official list after the game is released and we have an idea of the weapons.
Rule 3: Alliances
Your faction is allowed to form an alliance/truce with another faction, whether they are official or not. With this alliance that means your status with every other group is neutral or enemy.
Rule 4: Initiating Conflict
When initiating a conflict with an opposing faction, there must be a realistic role-play reason, you have to make sure all beef is properly role-played. If one thing leads to another and a War is pledged, an FM will get involved (This will be discussed further down).
Rule 5: Character-Kills
If you do get character-killed during a war, or in general, you are not allowed to re-join the same faction or engage with them. This is to prevent from someone getting character killed and coming back to the same faction pretending like nothing happened.
Rule 6: Engagement
When engaging with someone who you believe belongs to an opposing faction you don't just simply ask him/her "What you rep". You will need a level of realism and not going around asking people around the opposing faction area asking "What you rep". If you do want to figure it out ICly you will talk with the person, ask them where they are from, ask who they hang with and so on. This is a more realistic approach to figuring out the members to an opposing faction.
Rule 7: Common Sense/Realism
Make sure when role-playing you use common sense and are realistic when engaging with another player. This goes for Faction side, I don't want to see a faction member shooting a man in the face for saying "Pussy!". Although there are always expectations such as if the guy was on your side of town etc, just keep that in mind whenever role-playing.
