From now, your faction must be portrayed realistically, located in Chicago, and also hit the faction managements standards. We do not want to see factions called "Smoke Boyz" or "Gangster Kidz" in Project Chicago as it is just inappropriate. We also want you to make sure the area that you're roleplaying in is realistic. Your faction shouldn't be bundled up at one house. Also, instead of buying super cars and expensive houses, you should be developing your faction to buying maybe some lower end ones, and also not wearing dumb outfits that are unrealistic from what the real gang-bangers wear in real life. As soon as your thread is posted on the forum, you should probably tell your faction members to start posting screens and things relating to the faction. - Lastly, you are allowed to create a fictional faction, as long as the roleplay is decently portrayed in the way a real life Chicago gang would.
In this server, screens must be up to a certain standard if you want to make it to the official status within factions. I'd like to see aesthetically pleasing screens, even if you don't use the recommended application(LSRP+). You may also use the in-game SAMP chat, however the Photoshop method must be used.
Lastly NOBODY is allowed to delete any threads unless you have been given permission by a Head Administrator or Head Faction Manager.
If you delete a thread and you're caught, you'll be banned from the forums until you appeal.

If you would like to become official, you will need to prove to faction management that you deserve it. For example if you're a faction that faction management doesn't see fit to become official due to things like taking role-play situations personal and using OOC insults on opposition factions, then it may take longer for your faction to become official. When you become official you would be expected to roleplay a certain type of way, faction management will be observing how you portray the role-play in your faction. When you become official your thread will become a "sticky" thread and everyone will acknowledge your faction's thread.
When you first make a faction it is an unofficial faction, obviously, however when you post your thread and start being active on your thread after a while faction management will start to notice it, which will give your faction a higher chance of becoming official.
Then after a while of proving yourself as a capable faction then you will be DMed by faction management and made official after being monitored by administrators for their role-play and portrayal. When you've been made official you can start receiving firearm and drug supplies, however you'll find out about that when you become official. And if you're wondering how turfs work, turfs will be eligible for application, once a faction has become official.
For those who didn't know,Character Kills are when your character's life ends due to being killed and it being valid for a character kill due to having your CK permissions distributed: If in roleplay, two factions have petty beef, they can individually ask for different people's Character Kill permissions depending on what they did, however if the faction owners both agree to a "turf war" and the Faction Management also agree, then this automatically means that if you record yourself killing an opposition member with correct roleplay then you can send it to a faction manager and if it gets posted. The name for this is a "Character Kill", and the cool down is 1 day. The oppositional member will be character killed and will have to make a new character.
The steps for character killing somebody are very simple. First, you'll need their CK perms. You could get these by asking them OOCly and having photo evidence saved somewhere, preferably on your PC or in a separate chat(via discord). You could also get these by going to war with another faction, for example if Princeton GDs and S.Wells Black Disciples went to war, and both faction leaders agreed that from that moment any faction member could be CKed, that would also be valid. After this, please make sure that ALL CK's ARE RECORDED, so that us as the faction management team can really see what went on(all recordings cannot be cropped or edited, they must be raw and authentic). After you made sure all of this is correct, then please send your video evidence to a Faction Manager with reasoning of why you have attempted to CK this player.

If you would like to CK someone, here some examples of what would be valid of Character killing somebody:
- Being Robbed.
- Being Harmed(Stabbed or Shot or Punched up)
- Being dissed on Social Media(Depending on your faction type - usually only extremely violent stubborn faction types)
